Focus of this diploma thesis is the analysis of partial influences having impact on the reproduction of Greater rhea. It captures a detailed description of the most common factors, such as housing, nourishment, season’s effect, climatic conditions, genetics and subsequent breeding of chickens. Included is an anatomical description of reproductive organs of both sexes and getting the reader acquainted with the social behavior of this animal. Thesis also consists of ethological observations of defined individuals with focus on the influence of the season on various daily activities. Finally, an analysis of the eggs is performed that includes the overall laying capabilities of the female, along with hatchability, fertilization and mortality of embryos. As an appendix of the diploma thesis you can find recommended precautions increasing the possibility to improve the level of reproduction for the breeders.

Topics of the cycle of the year in education at primary school

The diploma thesis Topics of the cycle of the year in education at primary school deals with monitoring of the work of two primary school teachers who integrate the topic of annual cycle into their teaching methods. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a brief historical overview of how the theme of nature and society developed as a part of the primary school curriculum from the Middle Ages up to the present time. It introduces the term annual cycle in connection with the layers of the year and the passage of time, with its cyclicity and linearity. It conveys to the reader the characteristics of the developmental specifics of a student at primary school. It describes didactic procedures and methods suitable for mediating topics reflecting the annual cycle, such as the Step by step curriculum, integrated thematic teaching or project teaching. The empirical part presents qualitative research focusing on the usage of the topics related to the annual cycle in primary school teaching. The research was carried out at two Prague primary schools. The teachers selected for the research are first grade class teachers. In my thesis I came to several conclusions. Holy Fathers John XXIII., Paul IV. and Francis, who followed and related the legacy of II. of the Vatican Council to, are much more popular in society than the popes, who have a different opinion and do not support the last ecumenical council. The openness of the personality and the pope's approach to the church modernization is for public absolutely necessary. Another crucial aspect for today's church is for sure the media world.

Analysis of Mountain Rescue Interventions for the period 2013 - 2018

Title: Analysis of the intervention of the Mountain Service in the period 2013-2018. Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the intervention of the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic in the period 2013-2018 and its statistical expression. Furthermore, the work aims to summarize the history, location and activities of the Mountain Service. Methods: The diploma thesis uses methods of content analysis and methods of data collection from available sources and materials, the method of descriptive statistics and subsequent comparison of data. The obtained data are presented through tables and graphs, which are described in detail and evaluated. Results: The result of the work is a summary description of the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic from its inception to the present, its operation and legislative authority. The mountain areas where the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic operates are also described. Numerical data of all interventions of the Mountain Service of the Czech Republic for the period 2013-2018 are written here and evaluated. The role of caravan trade in the economy of Roman Syria

This diploma thesis deals with the issue ancient caravan trade in the region of Roman Syria. The available evidence on ancient over-land trade is analyzed here, as well as its routes, main trade commodities, and historical events connected with the trade in the Near Eastern Roman provinces. The intention was to process all the accessible sources concerning the local epigraphy in its urban context, complemented by examinations of the archaeology of the city and narrative sources. The goods arriving to the province of Syria are divided typologically and also according to their utilization and provenience. The prices of main trade commodities are summarized in the chart. The main trade routes crossing the region of the Roman province of Syria are divided geographically into southern and northern routes, and to the routes leading westwards from Palmyra or Antioch to the Mediterranean ports. I also explored the caravan trade of south Arabia mediated by the Nabateans, and its development according to Roman provincial policy. According to the analyzed sources, the decline of the Nabatean trade is examined. The decline was primarily caused by the Roman effort to weaken the influence of the Nabatean kingdom. State social support in terms of staff and clients

This thesis is dedicated to a system of providing and paying out benefits according to a legal code No. 117/1995 based on social security benefits described in the theoretical section. The practical part of this thesis deals with a survey concerning the Czech Labour Office employees in particular regions as well as clients of Contact Offices in Rumburk-Šluknov - the State Social Securtity Benefits Dpt. The aim was to obtain data cocerning the paid out benefits and to receive a valid feedback about a current social system from the side of employees as well as clients. The case interpretation studies regarding families paid out by the State Social Security Benefits Dpts. are involved in the thesis, as well. The contemporary social system was analysed in terms of its practical usage in order to avoid the possibility of its misusage. The key issue and its solution were given as a conclusion.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the payment system of social welfare benefits under Act no. 117/1955 Coll., On state social support. This law will be thoroughly analyzed and studied. Of the practical part will specify the work to obdoru state social support from the perspective of the employee. Another important task is to determine whether the social system is set up properly and actually helps people in difficult life situations. In conclusion, all findings will evaluate and propose their own solutions.
